Sports predictions settled in sats
Choose an open NFL or NBA market, pick a side, and confirm the amount in sats. Sports markets normally use fixed odds: the return quoted when your bet is accepted is locked for that bet, and the market settles from the event result. The NFL and NBA league pages list the markets that are open now, and events change throughout the season.
You need an account and sats to place a bet. The minimum and maximum are shown on each market before you confirm. Winnings first appear in your Lightning Faucet balance.
How withdrawals work
Eligible balances can be withdrawn to a Lightning wallet through an LNURL-withdraw QR code or link. The minimum withdrawal is 100 sats, and eligible Lightning withdrawals generally arrive in seconds.
A single small deposit is required once before your first withdrawal, as an anti-abuse measure. There are stated exceptions for earned income: sats earned through Boltwork judging and bug bounties are withdrawable with no deposit, and offerwall earnings join them once your lifetime offer earnings reach 10,000 sats or once you have completed any withdrawal before. Bonus balances carry separate playthrough rules, and a small fee may apply when withdrawing deposited funds that have not been wagered. Read the FAQ and the withdrawal guide for your balance type before relying on a payout.
“Instant withdrawals” here means normal Lightning settlement once a withdrawal is eligible and accepted. It does not mean every balance is immediately withdrawable.
No document-based KYC for account access
You can sign in with a Lightning wallet signature or create an account with an email address. Lightning Faucet does not collect government ID, selfies, or proof of address. Account recovery uses a one-time recovery code shown at signup, so keep it somewhere safe. An account is still required to place a market bet.
How a first bet works
- Open a live league page. Review the matchup, the market wording, the current price and the close time.
- Choose your position. Confirm your side and your stake in sats. Check the market page for its pricing model and limits.
- Check settlement. After the official result is reported, winnings or refunds are credited to your balance.
A free way to pick games first
If you want to try sports calls before staking anything, the weekly Pick’em is free to enter and picking does not require a bet. Collecting a prize has its own eligibility rules and a playthrough requirement, which are published on the Pick’em page.
