Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LightningFaucet.com ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LightningFaucet.com. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling or cryptocurrency services is prohibited
• You are accessing the Service for personal, non-commercial use only
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this Service is legal in your jurisdiction. We make no representations or warranties regarding the legality of the Service in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account and Recovery Codes

The Service uses a pseudonymous account system. You may access the Service through:

• Recovery Codes: A 32-character code that serves as your sole means of account access
• LNURL-auth: Authentication via Lightning wallet linking key

You are solely responsible for:

• Securely storing your recovery code
• Maintaining the security of your Lightning wallet
• All activity that occurs under your account

We cannot recover lost recovery codes. If you lose your recovery code and do not have LNURL-auth configured, your account and any associated balance will be permanently inaccessible. We bear no responsibility for lost funds due to lost credentials.

4. Lightning Network Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals are processed via the Bitcoin Lightning Network.

• Deposits: Funds are credited upon successful payment confirmation. Invoice expiration times apply.
• Withdrawals: Processed via LNURL-withdraw protocol. You must have a compatible Lightning wallet.
• Minimum amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed in the interface.
• Fees: Lightning Network routing fees are paid by the respective sender. We do not charge additional fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

Transaction Finality: Bitcoin and Lightning Network transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or cancelled. You acknowledge and accept this inherent characteristic of cryptocurrency transactions.

Network Issues: We are not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by Lightning Network routing failures, channel liquidity issues, or other network-level problems beyond our control.

5. Free Spin / Faucet

The free spin feature ("Faucet") provides users with free satoshis subject to the following conditions:

• One free spin per user, verified by email and wallet linking key
• Attempting to claim multiple free spins through multiple accounts, email addresses, or other means constitutes fraud
• We reserve the right to deny, revoke, or claw back faucet rewards if abuse is detected
• Faucet availability and amounts are subject to change without notice

6. Casino Games

6.1 Provably Fair Gaming

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software on this Service are the property of LightningFaucet.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHTNINGFAUCET.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Loss of cryptocurrency or funds
• Gambling losses
• Inability to access the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors in transaction processing
• Actions of third parties

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim, or $100 USD equivalent, whichever is less.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LightningFaucet.com, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Service

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Refuse service to anyone

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts for any actions not subject to arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LightningFaucet.com regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
