- You must be of legal age where you live to use the site.
- You are responsible for making sure Bitcoin use and online gaming are legal where you are.
- Bitcoin and Lightning transactions are final.
- Your LightningFaucet balance is non-transferable and redeemable only by you, the same account that earned it.
- Playing involves risk. Do not play with funds you cannot afford to lose.
- We do not guarantee winnings, uptime, or uninterrupted access to funds.
1. Using the Site
By using LightningFaucet.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You may use the site only if Bitcoin use and any applicable gaming activity are legal where you are.
- You may not use the site from a prohibited jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for your own legal and tax compliance.
3. Accounts and Access
The site uses pseudonymous accounts. Access may be tied to a recovery code, a linked Lightning login key, or other authentication methods we support.
- You are responsible for protecting your login method, recovery code, and device access.
- If you lose access credentials, we may not be able to recover your account or balance.
- One person may not operate multiple accounts for abuse, bonus farming, or rule evasion.
4. Your Balance, Deposits, and Withdrawals
Your LightningFaucet balance (custody). Your on-platform balance is a non-transferable LightningFaucet platform balance, denominated in sats. It is redeemable only by the same account that earned it, what we call same-user redemption.
- You put value in and take value out to yourself. Your balance is yours to withdraw to your own Lightning wallet at any time.
- Your balance is not transferable to another user, to a merchant, or to any other third party from inside the platform. We do not offer user-to-user transfers or merchant payments.
- Withdrawing is you reclaiming your own sats over the Lightning Network, not LightningFaucet sending funds on your behalf to anyone else.
- Your balance is not a bank deposit, e-money, or stored-value instrument, and we do not lend it, invest it, or pay interest on it.
Deposits and withdrawals are handled over Bitcoin and the Lightning Network.
- Transactions are final once sent or confirmed.
- Routing failures, wallet issues, expired invoices, or network issues can delay or prevent settlement.
- Minimums, limits, or delays may apply for operational or fraud-prevention reasons.
- A small fee may apply when withdrawing deposited funds that have not been wagered. Play through your balance to withdraw fee-free.
- You are responsible for entering correct payment details and using a compatible wallet.
We try to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access to balances, withdrawals, or any specific feature.
5. Free Sats, Bonuses, and Promotions
Free spins, streaks, scratchcards, referrals, and other promotions are optional incentives. They may be changed, paused, limited, or removed at any time.
- Promotional rewards may be subject to playthrough, time limits, or withdrawal restrictions shown in the product.
- Abuse, fake referrals, automated claiming, or multi-accounting can lead to forfeiture of promotional balances.
- We may deny or reverse promotional credits obtained through abuse or error.
6. Games and Responsible Play
Games on the site are intended for entertainment. Outcomes are uncertain and losses are possible.
- There is no guarantee that you will win.
- Past results do not predict future results.
- You can lose some or all funds used for play.
- You should not play with money needed for living expenses, debt payments, or emergencies.
- If playing stops being fun or feels difficult to control, stop using the gaming features.
Where applicable, game rules, limits, payout structures, and provably fair details are shown in the product interface and are part of these terms.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
We want playing to stay fun and under your control. If it stops being either, help is available and you can step away at any time. Your balance is always yours: taking a break or self-excluding never blocks you from withdrawing your own sats.
- Take a break. You can stop using the gaming features at any time. Withdrawing your balance is always available to you.
- Self-exclusion. If you want us to block your account from the gaming features for a set period or permanently, contact us and we will set up a self-exclusion. You can still withdraw your balance while excluded.
- Set your own limits. Decide in advance how much time and how many sats you are willing to spend, and stick to it.
- Get help. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please reach out to a problem-gambling support service in your jurisdiction. In the United States, the National Council on Problem Gambling runs a confidential helpline at 1-800-522-4700.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the site while underage or from a prohibited jurisdiction
- Operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse the service
- Exploit bugs, payment edge cases, or game mechanics
- Interfere with the site, other players, or security controls
- Use the site for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
We may suspend accounts, freeze activity, reverse promotional balances, or refuse service when abuse or rule violations are detected.
8. No Warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, profitable outcomes, or that the service will always be available in your jurisdiction or on your device.
9. Limits on Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including lost profits, lost access, trading or gaming losses, wallet issues, or transaction failures outside our reasonable control.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any feature or account at any time if we believe it is necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, or product changes.
