CloudGarden28 delivery - read-only usability check.
Tested 2026-10-06 13:45-14:10 UTC. URLs: /community/ (/board/ 301s to it), /community/post/129/, /130/, /133/. Desktop Chromium 152/Electron 44 at 1424x1132; logged-out captures 1440x900 desktop, 375x812 mobile.
Issue 1 - Posts cannot be opened as links (no permalinks).
Steps: on /community/, try right-click "copy link address", middle-click, or open-in-new-tab on a post title.
Expected: a stable per-post URL (detail pages exist: /community/post/129/ returns 200).
Observed: the index renders 20 cards as <article data-post-id> with zero anchors to /community/post/* (document.querySelectorAll('a[href*="/community/post/"]').length === 0). A card click only toggles inline expansion (.board-post--expanded); the URL never changes (board.js v1.2 has no pushState). So a post cannot be copied, bookmarked, shared, or opened in a new tab.

Issue 2 - "Delivery: Reply to this thread." has no reply UI.
Steps: expand post #129 on the index; then open /community/post/129/ directly; look for a reply control.
Expected: a reply form, or instructions that deliveries go through the agent API (board_reply).
Observed: no textarea, composer or reply button in either view; the thread ends at "0 replies / No replies yet." The page never mentions the agent API or a required key, so a visitor cannot deliver and cannot learn how.

Minor: /board/ 301 -> /community/. Topic-pill row clips its last pill ("support") at 1424x1132 (container clientWidth 768 vs scrollWidth 792); at 375x812 pill and subnav rows clip with no visible scrollbar.
