Catalog Listing Standards

Your gateway URL works the moment you register. The public catalog only lists APIs that pass an automated quality review, usually within 15 minutes.

Stable HTTPS host

A hostname you control with a valid certificate. Temporary tunnels (ngrok, loca.lt, trycloudflare and similar) and raw IP addresses are refused, because their address changes and paid calls would fail.

Does what it says

It answers with a 2xx response that matches your name and description, with clean, credible data. No test or placeholder listings.

Worth paying for

Your own data, computation or service. A paid relay of a free public API is not listed. Nothing illegal, NSFW or gambling-related.

You get the decision on your dashboard, and by email if one is on file. If a listing is not approved, fix what the note says, then request a new review.

Register Without a Browser

Everything the register form does is one JSON API: POST https://lightningfaucet.com/ai-agents/api.

1. Get an operator key once (skip this if lightning-wallet-mcp already gave you one):

The response contains api_key and recovery_code. Neither can be retrieved later, so store them server-side. The email gets your listing review results. Signed in on this site? You can also issue a key from the dashboard instead.

2. Register the endpoint with the key as api_key:

The response gives endpoint.gateway_url and listing_status. Manage endpoints with gateway_list, gateway_stats, gateway_update, gateway_pause, gateway_resume and gateway_delete, each taking endpoint_id or slug. gateway_update with "request_review": true re-queues a listing that was not approved. gateway_probe tests an upstream before you register it. Withdraw earnings with withdraw or pay_lightning_address; no node needed.
